FAULT HANDLER
Poole Office-Based Role
£12 per hour
Monday to Friday
Working between 7am and 6pm.
Role Overview: Handle and coordinate faults related to Electric Vehicle Charging. Manage calls, emails, and engineer appointments, ensuring all issues are resolved within contract requirements.
Main Duties:
Report and assign faults to the appropriate teams.
Respond to emails and book appointments for engineers.
Take calls from customers and engineers.
Support local management with admin tasks.Skills Required:
Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage your time well.
Able to work independently and in a team.
