The school caters to children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism, communication and interaction difficulties, and physical and sensory needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with these SEN needs and be able to support children to progress in line with their EHCP targets. All staff at this school have high expectations for students' independence, social development, and academic achievement.

Requirements of the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

Experience working with children or adults with Autism and/or communication needs and/or sensory needs
* Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
* Passionate about supporting children with SENInformation about the SEN Teaching Assistant role: * Monday-Friday
* 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
* Paid to pay scale
* Temp to perm opportunities
* Support children in line with their EHCPs
* Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of students
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective support
