The Role:

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented QS who enjoys managing projects from inception to completion within a consultancy setting. APC or experience route to MRICS provided

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cost management on projects, ensuring financial control from feasibility through to final account.

Act in contact with clients and stakeholders, supporting the team in delivering expert cost advice.

Work on a variety of projects, including a £20m mixed-use development, a £50m office-to-residential conversion, and a £60m new build education facility.

Support senior team members in delivering high-quality consultancy services across multiple sectors.
