A leading firm is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join their Accounts Team, the largest division within their growing practice. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact.

✔ Provide proactive financial, tax, and business advice tailored to client needs.

✔ Oversee accounting and tax projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

✔ Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a strong team environment.

✔ Collaborate with senior management to enhance client service and business growth.

✔ Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining excellent client relationships.

About You:

? ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

? Strong background in accountancy practice, with experience managing teams.

? Excellent client management and advisory skills.

? Organised and proactive, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
