This role will be to manage to commercial performance of all projects across the business. You will be asked to provide commercial support to the project managers & surveyors and allow management of projects and commercial risk, ensuring that financial performance is in check.

You will have a number of direct reports of different experience levels. Communicate is key throughout the business as you will be communicating both internally and external with a variety of stakeholders.

Ideally the individual will have experience in both JCT and NEC contracts and be able to lead on projects up to around 10million as well as the above being covered. Membership of RICS, CIOB or ICE is desirable.
