? Shift Pattern:
? Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 5am – 3pm
? Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2pm – 12am

Your Role as a Production Supervisor:

? Oversee daily production, ensuring smooth operations & minimal downtime.
? Drive efficiency and quality in a high-volume food/FMCG manufacturing environment.
? Champion food safety, compliance, and workplace health & safety.
? Motivate and develop your team for peak performance.
⚙️ Implement lean manufacturing & continuous improvement practices.
? Work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Leadership experience in food production, FMCG, or manufacturing.
✔ Strong understanding of food safety & compliance regulations would be ideal.
✔ Proven ability to manage & develop teams in a fast-moving production setting.
✔ IT proficiency
✔ Excellent problem-solving & workflow management skills.
