Our client, based in Stockton-on-Tees, is seeking a skilled general Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers flexibility in working hours and the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position, depending on future workload.
Key responsibilities:
Entering data accurately into spreadsheets and systems
Handling incoming calls with a professional and friendly manner
Managing and distributing incoming post
Preparing documents for courier services
Monitoring and distributing email enquiries
Filing emails and customer documents
Performing other general office duties as required
Skills and requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Efficient and accurate data entry skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential
