Following their continued success in Ireland, the company is expanding its operations to the UK, with an anticipated turnover of £12 million in year one.
This role is pivotal in leading the commercial side of the business in the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with the directors, who will provide hands-on support during the initial setup and beyond. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile retail fit out projects for well-known brands within a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial operations of the UK business from their London office.

Provide strategic input on bids, tenders, and project cost management.

Establish and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensure commercial control and compliance across all projects.

Recruit and build a high-performing commercial team.

Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting.

Support the directors in setting up operational processes for the UK division.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in retail fit out projects.
*
Strong Quantity Surveying background with a proven track record in commercial leadership.

Excellent knowledge of UK construction contracts and regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Experience in leading and building teams.
