Our client a global organisation specialising in financial software is now seeking a talented Data Analyst for a 6 month contract with possible extension.

Duties

* You will develop and implement Customer Success dashboards that will analyze and report on call-centre sales activities

* Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.

* Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.

* Provide historical data for key metrics to help establish baseline performance and experiment targets.

Skills

* Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

* Experience working with call centre data, including understanding of metrics and KPIs

* Experience in building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qliksense.

* Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.

* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.

* Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling would be a useful asset.
