Title: Temporary Photocopying Operative

Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm

Our client in the Coventry area is looking for a Temporary Photocopying Operative from Monday 2nd December – Friday 20th December.

*Must be able to drive, is essential*

Candidate Responsibilities:-

* Provide a print service using print finishing equipment

* Undertake basic finishing work such as stapling, binding, collating

* Liaise with clients face to face and taking orders over the telephone

* Processing requests and orders using Microsoft Office and Email

* Monitor and re-stock supplies as required

* Ensure print room is tidy and safe to work in

Ideally you will have:

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ideally a background in photocopying & administration

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong PC skills

* Available immediately
