Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work on a full-time or part-time basis in SEND schools across Liverpool and Sefton.

About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher in SEND schools, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of educational settings, supporting students with diverse needs such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. Whether you're looking for flexibility with part-time hours or full-time consistency, we have the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND
Adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning abilities
Support the educational and emotional development of students
Collaborate with school staff and SENCOs to provide the best learning environment
Follow school policies and procedures while creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
Experience working with children or young people with SEND (desirable but not essential)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting SEND students
A DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one
