Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies
Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
