Building effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service
Accurately measuring for windows, doors, porches, and roofline products
Offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer's needs and aspirations
Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale
Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products
Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits
Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance optionsPersonal Attributes:
