The candidate

Confident and ambitious.
Comfortable making high volume outbound sales calls
Willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Happy working in a fast-paced environment 
Hunter mentality is essential
Must be happy to work from the office full time for the first 6 months, hybrid options thereafter
The role

Making high volume outbound sales to conduct fact finds and ultimately book meetings for sales reps
Converting leads into meetings
Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity
Update CRM with prospect notes and contact details where necessary
Working alongside marketing, generating mailshots to follow up on
Working to KPI’s
Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
