Site Manager – Wakefield (32-Week Contract)
Location: Wakefield
Contract: 32 weeks
Start Date: Monday, 21st October 2024
Project: New Build Industrial Unit (Design & Build)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new build industrial unit in Wakefield. This is a 32-week contract for someone with strong design and build project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations
Manage subcontractors and site personnel
Ensure health and safety compliance
Liaise with the design team and manage site progress
Requirements:
Experience in design and build projects (industrial units preferred)
SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
