We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Product to lead, shape and drive the product vision and strategy for our payment solutions portfolio. As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and market opportunities. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and market research as agreed with the Financial Services Director. 
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, Project Management and Development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.
Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer by gathering and analysing feedback, conducting user research, and ensuring that product solutions address customer pain points and deliver exceptional value.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Explore new opportunities for product innovation and growth.Qualifications:

Extensive proven experience in a similar role ideally within the fintech industry.
Proven success in launching and scaling fintech products, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving ambitious goals.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and business objectives into actionable product strategies.
Have a deep understanding of customer needs and experience in using customer feedback to drive product improvements.
Familiarity with fintech technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Technical background or experience working closely with Development teams is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the business.
