Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor for a Highways project in Northamptonshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in site supervision with a background in various highway works such as footway construction, carriageway resurfacing, surface treatments, drainage improvements, traffic signals, and structures repairs.

The duties include overseeing and co-ordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders.

Essential qualifications for this role include

- SMSTS (SSSTS if no SMSTS)

- NRSWA Supervisor

This role offers a competitive pay of £400 umbrella PAYE
