We are looking to recruit a CDP for an exciting new role for our Production Kitchen in a permanent role, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 4.30pm).

Location: The Courtyard, Elveden Estate, Suffolk

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen with a passion for food who is a forward planner and self-driven with good time-management who is able to deliver under pressure.

* Someone who is able to produce school meals, follow recipes, costings and method prepared by the Head Chef.

* Deliver produce to clients or serve the food to children at school when required.

* Able to deputise for the Head Chef delivering on all quality and legal requirements.

* Ensure work is carried out safely and kitchen procedures are followed properly.

* Maintain Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene at all times.
