Wise Employment are delighted to be supporting, a large regional law firm based in Cornwall, who are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor. This fantastic opportunity offers a salary between £40,000 - £80,000, along with some fantastic perks and benefits. This role is working 9-5 Monday – Friday, primarily office based but hybrid for the right candidate.

The day to day tasks of a Civil Litigation Solicitor can include;

-          Working alongside the head of department and partners when dealing with long trial based work, and complicated cases.

-          Looking after multiple caseloads and clients

-          Dealing with any paperwork matters that need attending too

-          Help grow the litigation department, by bringing in new clients and dealing with the heavy case low.

In order to be successful with this application you must:

-          If you are applying and are a Legal Executive, you must hold the minimum Level 3 CILEx qualification

-          If you are applying as a solicitor you must hold an LLB Hons, or have done the GDL and be qualified with the SRA

-          Be 3 years PQE+

-          Able to manage multiple caseloads at once

-          Have experience with Commercial Property, Land and Contractual Litigation

-          Able to move to Cornwall, or have already relocated

Please note that in order to receive the higher salary bracket, will purely depend upon how many years PQE you are and from previous relevant experiences deemed suitable by the client at interview stage.
