Customer Service Advisor
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

The company:
A well-established British company engages in business with both domestic and international suppliers and clients.
Main duties:
To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.
The Role:
- To establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- To review all relevant details and efficiently fulfil orders
- To expertly deliver quotations and pro forma invoices to meet your business needs.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company database.
- To support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.
- To create and manage comprehensive product spreadsheets for optimal organization and efficiency.
- To proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To actively participate and represent the company at prestigious international trade shows to expand global presence and network with industry
The Candidate:
- Previous experience customer service, sales or export support within Manufacturing company or B2B beneficial
- Computer literate MS Excel knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive and dynamic
The salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
