Daily rate: £90 based on a 6 hour day

GSL Education are working with a large mainstream secondary school in Southampton who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work within the schools resource base for pupils with additional and behavioural needs.

The school are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Teaching Assistant to join their hard working team.

The role includes 1:1 work with pupils with specific SEN needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties. Experience within these areas is essential. Working with children over lunchtime is built into this role.

The protection of children is of highest priority so the successful candidate will need an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check - support with this is provided. You will also need to have recent safeguarding and prevent training, however, GSL can also support with this.
