Working for a well established mortgage broker, you will be joining a small but growing team, supporting the office with customer and lender queries, processing applications and ensuring the office is running smoothly. 

What you'll do:

Process mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion
Manage and update client information efficiently
Research and source the most suitable mortgage products for client needs
Answer phone calls and emails from clients, providing clear and accurate information
Proactively keep clients updated on the progress of their application
Respond to lender queries in a timely and professional manner
Utilise a range of mortgage software programmes to streamline processes
Contribute to maintaining a smooth-running and efficient office environment What you'll bring:

Recent experience working within the mortgage industry 
Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
Ability to analyse financial information and understand client needs
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
