We are seeking an experienced care senior operator who will be responsible for £50m turnover and around 2,000 colleagues; the right person will have director level experience in care, and you will be passionate about delivering efficient well-run services and driving performance.
You will join a very experienced award-winning team with one of the largest care home operators in the Country, with a benchmarked competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package including enhanced pension contributions.
Working with an operational team you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of multiple care homes, extra care and home care services.
The Director of Care position will cover a region of the UK; applicants will ideally be located in the Northamptonshire region, but the position will involve extensive nationwide travel

* Represent the care services team in senior forums and corporate projects.

* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure their voices are heard.
* Handle complex complaints and situations with care and professionalism.
* Lead by example—be a visible and approachable leader in our care homes.
Inspiring People
* Support, coach, and develop District Managers and Home Managers to deliver outstanding care.
* Help your teams thrive with great recruitment, retention, and training strategies.
* Champion teamwork and collaboration across the region.
