Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator Location: Chelmsford, Essex Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm Role - Temporary Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour
We are looking for a temporary receptionist who is looking for a role where every day brings a new opportunity to make a difference!
As a temporary Receptionist/Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and the efficient organiser that keeps our clients beautiful office running smoothly.

Be the welcoming ambassador of the company, greeting visitors and ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Efficiently manage administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Work alongside a diverse and talented team, supporting the Office Manager with her workload.
Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages. Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or a related field is required.
