We are seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team in Worcester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on a busy construction site. Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the flow of vehicles and machinery on and around the construction site.
Ensure the safety of pedestrians and other road users by implementing traffic management plans.
Communicate effectively with site personnel and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and enforce site rules and safety protocols.
Report any incidents or safety concerns to the site supervisor.Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshall (CPCS) card or equivalent certification.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
High awareness of health and safety practices.
