Our client is a leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products to a wide range of clients across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit 3- 5 experienced Service Technicians to join their team. This role is responsible for the service, repair and support of a range of Industrial equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

* Servicing, Maintaining and repairing Industrial equipment

* Installing and commissioning of new equipment

* Speaking directly to clients and handling complaints

* Fault finding, diagnosing and technical problem-solving of electromechanical equipment

* Field-based, travelling the UK and Ireland

Skills & Experience:

* Must have experience in Electrical and Mechanical engineering

* Must have previous experience in a Field based position

* Previous experience in Industrial or commercial workplace

* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues

* A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting

* A flexible approach to hours worked, including some weekends

* Willingness to travel UK

* Clean full UK Driving License

Additional Information:

* Please note the Head office is based in Banbury but the role will cover the entire UK

* An average of £15k a year in overtime

* Working hours Monday to Friday and one weekend a month, this is a 40-hour working week
