What the role Involves:

Experience using CRM systems in particular Microsoft Dynamic 365
Ability to represent data accurately
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Adept at business requirement analysis with a focus on reducing development efforts and simplifying delivery
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business and with customers in a clear and concise manner
Excellent attention to detail
Motivated self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise your time effectively and efficiently
Organisation and planning - plans, organises and schedules in an efficient manner, focuses on key priorities
Confident communicating with various team members and stakeholders
Organised and able to manage calendars, meetings, and documentation
Cooperative relationship builder and can work effectively within a team and across several departments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Creative and willing to take on various projects and responsibilities
Maybe be required to travel to different locations including HQ
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
