Are you an experienced Marketing professional seeking an opportunity within an organisation that truly makes a difference? Seymour John are delighted to be partnered with the UK’s leading supplier of emergency medical equipment in their hunt for a Brand Manager to oversee their brand strategies and drive customer engagement. A financially secure FTSE100 business who haven’t lost their family feel despite their ever-increasing success.

The Company

A medium-sized team sitting in their easily accessible Telford office, you will work collaboratively alongside your colleagues within SLT, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure consistent brand messaging organisation-wide. The business is led by a highly experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team who orchestrate a cohesive and harmonious working environment in a people focused culture.

The Role:

* Brand strategy and development

* Cradle-to-grave management of Marketing campaigns

* Market research and analysis

* Development of Customer Engagement strategies

* Performance and metric analysis

* Budget management, ensuring strong ROI on campaign spend

* Supporting the Sales team with clear and consistent brand messaging

* Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. Initially full – time office based role

About You:

* You will be an experienced Marketing professional who is equally interested in tradition and digital marketing duties

* Ability to accurately analyse and report on data insights

* An autonomous project manager with an entrepreneurial mindset
