We are seeking a skilled ADI-R Specialist Clinician to join a dedicated team on a locum basis. This remote role involves conducting ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) assessments for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have relevant training and experience in administering ADI-R assessments and preparing comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Administering ADI-R assessments with precision and adherence to protocol to evaluate autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in children.

* Delivering clear, constructive feedback to parents or caregivers, explaining assessment results and recommendations in an understandable manner.

* Writing comprehensive and professional reports detailing assessment outcomes, diagnostic impressions, and suggested intervention strategies.

* Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s assessment and care plan.

* Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection when handling sensitive information related to assessments and client records.

* Effectively managing and scheduling assessments to maintain a caseload of 1 – 2 assessments per day while ensuring timely completion of reports and feedback.

* Participating in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain certification.

* Maintaining accurate records of assessments conducted and track progress over time for ongoing evaluation and improvement.

Requirements:

* ADI-R Training Certificate (or 3Di Training Certificate).

* Demonstrated experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and familiarity with diagnostic assessment tools.

* Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC for psychologists, GMC for medical professionals).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in conducting assessments and preparing reports.

* Effective time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload and meet deadlines consistently.

* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.

* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.

Pay: £450 Per ADI-R assessment (Caseload: 1–2 assessments per day)
