Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Hours: Full-time (5 days/week or lunch cover roles available also)
Pay: Starting at £89/day

Responsibilities:

- Support children with PMLD and autism in accessing the curriculum.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement individualised learning plans.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Use assistive technology and communication strategies to enhance student interaction.
- Track student progress and communicate with the teaching team and families.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience with PMLD and Autism (preferred but not essential).
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to inclusive education.
