One of the UK's leading travel organisations is looking for a new administrator to assist with a portfolio of holidays and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with managers
Handel queries via telephone and email in a professional manner
Provide excellent customer service
Liaise with external departments when needed
Log and handle payments, personal details and requests
Collate images and quotes for use on social media
Conduct market researchEssential Skills:

Ideally you will be degree qualified, however this is not essential
Passion for travel
High level of attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
Administration experience
