PPA Class Teacher

£110 - £160 Per day
Job Duties:
The PPA Class Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to primary school students during teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time. They must follow the school curriculum, assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Education:
A degree in Education or relevant subject.
Experience:
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or experience working with diverse student populations.
Working Conditions:
The PPA Class Teacher will work in a primary school setting, collaborating with other teachers and school staff. They will follow the school's timetable and academic calendar, participating in staff meetings and professional development activities as required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
