Managing a team of 3 to 4 onsite installers/engineers
Managing all after sales processes
Building relationships and managing customers
Service contract generation and management
Attending monthly internal review meetings with senior managementService Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Engineering or manufacturing experience would be ideal
Ability to read engineering drawings
Mechanical engineer knowledge
