The Opportunities:

As the Project Engineer you will be expected to support the project manager with a variety of tasks including the basics of quality control, temporary works, health & safety, design and supervising the engineering team. With this we are also looking for candidates who can take the lead, overseeing individual RC frame packages while reporting to the onsite Project Manager. These roles offer the possibility to progress to Project Management within a short period of time (1-2 years) if candidates can show the drive, organisation and technical ability.

The Company:

Our client is a leading organization within the RC Frames and Groundworks industry, currently working on over 20 projects with a total value of £150 million, they strive to grow and become the dominant force with the largest reinforced concrete frame & groundwork packages in London. Their strong reputation is a key aspect of their business and sets them aside from rivals within the industry.

The Requirements:

Candidates must be degree qualified in civil engineering and must have a strong, stable career having worked for RC frame and groundwork subcontractors. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to consistently carry out daily tasks to the highest standard.

Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience and ideally will be project engineering already with a rival contractor. The initial projects are based in Barking and Wandsworth with the remainder of projects set around London. Packages are valued between £15m to £45m each and will include slip-form cores and multi storey reinforced concrete frames. All applicants should be based in or around London due to workload and travel time.

The Offer:

For this opportunity, I am targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £330 to £360 per day. I am happy to consider people who are CIS, PAYE or self-employed
