Mechanical Site Manager - Bristol

Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a new-build fit-out project in Bristol. This role involves managing the mechanical aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Mechanical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing, and controls installations

* Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards

* Conduct and lead morning meetings, providing clear instructions to site teams

* Enforce and maintain health and safety regulations on-site

* Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve any operational challenges

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in a construction or fit-out environment

* Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ducting, plumbing, and mechanical controls

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management

* Valid health and safety certifications are advantageous
