My client are an HVAC Specialist Contractor who have been operating for around 8 years.

Based out of their HQ in Kent, they now have build a solid team and client base which is bringing in consistent work.

They are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with a Plumbing/Pipefitter Bias to join their team.

Project Values range between £50k - £1.5mil and are generally commercial refurbishment projects.

THE ROLE

Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm / 40 Hour Weeks

Based out of their Office Kent along with carrying out site visits. You will be working on Mechanical Projects up to a value of £1.5mil.

Project examples will be anything from toilet refurbishments, tea Points, 4 pipe systems, boilers and plant room refurbishments.

Preconstruction procurement process of subcontract and equipment packages
Technical submission process
Technical review and RFI process
Production of health and safety documentation
Full management of construction stage alongside PM and QS
Full management of commissioning and handover process
 
SALARY & PACKAGE

£60,000 - £65,000

Travel Expenses covered if needed to go to site
