We are looking for a competent focussed IT Engineer who can support business customers with IT issues and requirements.
Must have: Windows / Office 365 support experience, passion for technology and IT, (server experience a bonus), hardware & software support.

The Role:

* Diagnose, repair, install and maintain computer and other IT related equipment and services for internal staff and external customers

* Speaking to business customers and their employees regarding IT requirements

* Organising appointment times

* Preparing reports and maintaining records as required

* Provide general support to customers

* Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers

* Any other reasonable duties required by management

We need:

* Proven experience in an IT support role with Windows / Office 365 support experience

* Passionate about IT and Technology

* Hardware and software support experience, server experience advantageous

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

* Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

* Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and operating systems

* Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems

* Great communication, organisation and customer service skills.
