We're seeking five dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Claim Advisors for a rewarding new role.
 
What you'll do:

Help people in need: Assist customers with their insurance claims, guiding them through the process with empathy and understanding.
Provide exceptional service: Answer incoming calls, gather necessary information, and offer tailored solutions to ensure a smooth claims experience.
Build strong relationships: Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates.
Contribute to a positive team environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a friendly, supportive atmosphere. What you'll need:

Strong and confident communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Computer proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions to customer issues.
Empathy and compassion: A genuine desire to help people and a positive attitude.
Conversational People Skills: Must be comfortable and confident at speaking to customers on the phone in a call centre environment. What we offer:

Competitive Starting Salary: £24,000 + Benefits 
Flexible working hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
