Our client are a reputable construction company who work on new build residential projects across the Greater Manchester area. Due to an increase in workload they have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their well established team!

Start Date- ASAP

Duration- 20 months

Rate- Negotiable

Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM

Ideal candidate:

* Experience managing different packages on site; e.g. groundworks, brickwork etc.

* Residential project experience would be beneficial but not essential.

* Team player who is a committed and motivated member of the team.

* Methodical approach and process driven.
