An SME based in South East London are looking for a Mechanically bias Building Services Engineer to join their mobile division covering a portfolio of commercial sites within the M25.  You'll be joining a company committed to career development with excellent training and dedicated budgets to put towards new courses. Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
Service and repair equipment, including pumps, motors, HVAC systems, FCUs, AHUs, and other building services.
Work across multiple sites, ensuring efficient maintenance operations.
Fault finding  Previous experience in the building services is preferred with a qualification in the mechanical field.
