We’re excited to be working with a growing organisation who are looking for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a warm and welcoming 40-bed residential care home in Manchester. This home provides high-quality care for elderly residents in a non-nursing setting, focusing on dignity, independence, and a true sense of community.
? What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of care delivery and team leadership
*
Ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care and compliance
*
Supervising and mentoring staff, including rota management and training
*
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
*
Driving continuous improvement across the home
✅ What we're looking for:
*
A strong background in residential elderly care
*
Previous experience in a senior care or deputy role
*
NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*
A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*
Passionate about delivering exceptional care with empathy and respect
