We are looking for a professional, highly self-motivated, methodical Electric Vehicle Charing Point Coordinator to join our team in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

* You will submit applications with the relevant DNO.
* You will be submitting documents and certificates to a DNO/IDNO.
* Your Responsibilities:
* Providing quotations and tracking systems and to provide status updates internally and for the clients .
* Raising of civils permits.
* Updating databases
* Job management system is updated and update on PO creation / Receipts.
* Collating and generating handover/job packs.
* Book site access according
* Record site access on Project Tracker.
* To book outages as per client/job requirements and record on project tracker.
* Tracking of key milestones

Your experience will be:

* Educated to Degree level or experienced in the sector
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
* Experienced in Excel, Word, MS Project
* Street Manager experience/knowledge
* Experience in working with DNO and the connections process
- Full UK Driving License

Would suit a Senior Administrator, Bid Support, Document Controller or Sales Support
