£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Home-based with national travel as required
 
Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving positive change? We’re working with a leading, purpose-driven organisation in the health and social care sector that is looking for a strategic and inspirational Head of Learning & Development to lead its national L&D function.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of the organisation’s Learning & Development strategy
Managing and developing a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality services
Supporting the delivery of vocational training to meet SSSC regulatory requirements
Ensuring the highest quality of L&D provision across the organisation
Managing resources effectively, including finance and administration functions
Promoting clear and effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders 
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in strategic L&D leadership
A strong background in managing teams and delivering results
Change management experience and the ability to influence at a senior level
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to health & social care
A genuine commitment to people development and the wider social impact of your work
