About the Role: Join our Future Teacher Program, designed specifically for graduates like you who are looking to gain practical experience before beginning formal teacher training. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the learning process, managing classrooms, and developing your teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of classrooms as a cover supervisor in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a focused and positive learning environment.
Facilitate pre-prepared lessons and maintain the flow of the curriculum, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of students.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students feel supported, encouraging active participation and academic growth.
Implement school behavior policies effectively, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining order in the classroom.
Work closely with experienced cover teachers and receive ongoing guidance, learning the ropes of lesson planning, assessment, and differentiation.
Engage with various departments to understand the full spectrum of school operations, contributing to extracurricular activities and school events where possible.
