EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-time, Temporary)

£416.65 - £435 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

September 2024 – July 2025

The School and Role

A larger than average Primary School situated in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking for a Teaching Assistant from September 2024. This role will be based within a Nursery class, with all pupils working at varying levels. The successful applicant will be offering general support, following the class teacher’s lead. Experience of working within KS1 would be preferred, although, not essential. This is a vibrant school setting with excellent public transport routes.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will:

-          Preferably have experience of working within EYFS.

-          Preferably hold a Level 2 Teaching Qualification.

-          Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-          Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.

-          Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
