Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm

Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a premier property specialist who have been established for almost two centuries. With a strong reputation for providing exceptional customer service and delivering successful results to their clients.

Role overview:

You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from property viewings to negotiations.

You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments.

Key responsibilities:

· Marketing and promoting new and existing properties.
· Registering new buyers
· Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend.
· Booking viewings.
· Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market.
· Conduct viewings.
· Giving feedback to vendors.
· When required assisting with the progression of the sale.

Experience required:

. Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
. Experience in valuing would be desirable.
. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
