Customer Service Advisor role:

* Receive and adjudicate emergency break down calls.

* Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently

* Ensure that our Business Systems are updated with specific, accurate information

Customer Service Advisor pay:

£24,960 per annum
