Primary Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor: 
The school is seeking a confident, engaging and proactive Primary Teaching Assistant, who can occasionally cover lessons across the school, so a good level of lesson delivery and behaviour management is required. This is ideal for a candidate who is considering taking a teacher training route in the future.Primary Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor – The Role: 

Support an experienced class teacher
Cover lessons sporadically throughout the school week  
Work with students on a 1:1, group and class basis
Provide mentoring and support to students 
Flexible in supporting different students and subject areasPrimary Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor – Qualifications & skills required: 

Previous experience working with children is desirable
Past experience covering lessons
Level 3 or degree level of education is desirable
Excellent communication skills 
Proactive and professional manner
Behaviour management skills
