Role

* Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

* Responsible for the commercial aspect of a new project.

* Work closely with the Operational team.

* Work with sub contractors

Person specification

* Good breath of experience on new build residential developments

* Have run projects from start to finish and involved in all aspects of the build.

* Worked for a reputable regional contractor or developer

* Excellent negotiation abilities.

* Proven cost management abilities.

* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
