What will you do as a Sales & Marketing Manager?

* Managing a team of 3 Internal Sales, 1 Marketing Exec and a Sales Administrator

* Responsible for CRM Data, product range and sales development

* Identifying sales opportunities and how to grow existing client base

* Set targets, KPIs, and Revenue growth plans / forecasting

* Oversee marketing and sales strategy

* Attend board meetings and present sales forecasting

What do you need as a Sales & Marketing Manager?

* Understanding of both sales and marketing sectors within B2B sector

* Developing and delivering sales marketing strategies

* Experience of Managing a team

* Confidently work with commercial concepts, processes, and operations

* Happy to be on site 5 days a week
